Our Story
NutriSync was born from personal experience. As CMU engineering students, we watched family members struggle with diabetes and celiac disease—tracking every meal, every nutrient, every day. The burden wasn't just on patients; it was on the dietitians working tirelessly to help them, stuck manually logging food recalls and drowning in administrative work.
We knew there had to be a better way. That's when we combined our backgrounds in AI and healthcare to build NutriSync—a voice-powered assistant that lets patients speak naturally about their meals while automatically generating structured, clinician-ready nutrition summaries. No more tedious data entry. No more communication gaps. Just faster, more accurate, and more personal care.

Co-Founder
With 3 years of experience building software and AI products, Vir has collaborated with the UAE AI Ministry and Google DeepMind Engineers on LLMs for social good. Having a strong family history of diabetes, he experienced firsthand the frustration of disconnected nutrition tracking—inspiring him to build AI-powered tools that help nutrition professionals bridge the gap with accurate food recall.
